Picking the right size print is one of the most important decisions you will make when investing in fine art photography. But how do you pick the perfect size?
Good news! With my augmented reality tool, selecting the right size is as easy as picking up your smart phone. Just tap the "Live Preview" button below the options table on any image and allow the program to access your camera. Stand 10 feet away from your wall or display area and watch as the artwork is instantly superimposed within your environment! You can scroll through all the available sizes in the drop-down menu and pick the one that fills your space perfectly. Live Preview truly is the best way to visualize my work in situ - and instantaneously!
Additionally, I always recommend that you pull out the tape and take some measurements. Generally speaking, if you plan to display the piece above a couch, mantle, bed, desk, or table you will want the size to be just a touch more narrow than the furniture below. For large walls and multi panel displays, I recommend going BIG and BOLD. There is always the temptation to go smaller but but in my experience it is always better to error on the side of printing bigger. Many of my images, especially those of Yosemite, have the strongest impact when printed on a large scale.
